These terms govern your use of Crease and any other apps or services offered by SuperNorth LLP ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
You need an account to save or sync match data. Accounts are identified by phone number. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
You must be 18 or older to create an account, or have a parent or guardian create and manage the account on your behalf if you're a minor.
You retain ownership of the match, team, and tournament data you create. By using the app, you give us permission to store, process, and display that data as needed to provide the service, including showing it to other players involved in the same matches or teams.
Teams and tournaments have an owner who manages roster and settings. Match ownership, once set, doesn't transfer. Team and tournament ownership can be transferred to another account holder.
Don't use Crease to harass others, impersonate someone, or enter false or misleading data about real people without their knowledge.
SuperNorth, Crease, and associated names and marks are the property of SuperNorth LLP. The app's design, code, and content are protected by copyright and other laws.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Crease is provided "as is." We work to keep the app accurate and reliable but don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
We may update these terms as the app changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
