This policy explains how SuperNorth LLP ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects personal data through Crease and any other apps or services we offer, wherever in the world you use them.

2. Information we collect

• Your name and phone number, used to create and identify your account
• Match, team, and tournament data you create or are added to, including scores, ball-by-ball records, rosters, and results
• Profile details you choose to add, such as a city or region

If we later add features like crash reporting or usage analytics, we'll update this section to describe exactly what's collected and why before we do.

3. How we use your data

We use your information to operate your account, sync your match data across devices, calculate your career statistics, and show rankings and leaderboards you're eligible to appear on. We don't use your data to serve third-party advertising, and we don't sell your personal data.

4. How we store and protect your data

Account and match data is stored using Google's Firebase platform. Firebase processes data on our behalf under its own security and compliance commitments, and doesn't use your data for its own purposes. Because Crease is used worldwide, your data may be stored or processed in a country other than your own; where that happens, we take reasonable steps to protect it consistently with this policy.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal identifiers; historical match records you were part of may be retained in de-identified form so that other players' statistics stay accurate.

6. Sharing with other players

Some information, like your name on a scorecard or your stats on a leaderboard, is visible to other players by design, since that's core to how the app works. Players who haven't claimed their account are shown by first name only, until they do.

7. Your rights

Wherever you're located, you generally have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your data, subject to the retention note in Section 5
• Withdraw your consent at any time, though this may limit what the app can do for your account
• Raise a concern with us directly, or with your local data protection authority if you're not satisfied with our response

These reflect the kind of protections found in laws like India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the EU's GDPR, and similar frameworks elsewhere; specific details may vary depending on where you live.

8. Children's privacy

Crease is not directed at children. When creating an account, users confirm they are 18 or older, or that a parent or guardian is creating the account on a minor's behalf.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app changes. We'll update the effective date at the top of this page when we do.
